KeptMargins is an independent appointment-setting and consulting practice focused on preventive-care benefits for small and mid-sized employers. We partner with benefits providers, including Irongate, but we operate independently and are not an employee or agent of any provider. When you submit a form, respond to an ad, or contact us, we may collect:

• Company name and your name
• Business phone number and business email address
• Approximate number of employees and whether you currently offer major medical coverage
• Notes from our conversations, and the date and source of your inquiry

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, medical records, health information about specific individuals, or payment card details through our forms.

Information reaches us through lead forms on social platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead ads, our public web intake form, referrals, and direct contact by phone or email. When you submit a lead form on a social platform, that platform shares the answers you provided with us according to its own terms and privacy policy.

• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry
• To determine whether a preventive-care benefits program fits your business
• To schedule and conduct discovery and closing calls
• To share relevant details with a benefits provider or licensed agent when you ask us to move forward
• To keep internal records of our outreach and appointments

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated dialing or text message where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing us.

Lead and appointment records are stored in a secure, access-controlled database hosted by our cloud provider. Access is limited to KeptMargins personnel who need it to follow up on your inquiry. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

We keep lead records for as long as needed to pursue the inquiry and to meet recordkeeping obligations, typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete the record sooner.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email keptmargins@outlook.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Our intake page uses only the cookies required to operate the form. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this page. Advertising platforms may track engagement with their own ads under their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
